The General Manager from Hagerstown Ford came outside of the facilityin July 2016; and got in my face and chested up against me and stated he wished that he could catch me off of the car lot after hours so he could deal with me personally. His face was red. His fists were clentched and my impression was that he was bullying me after I "outted" the grossly negligent/arguably fraudulent sevices/ and possibly criminal activity going on at that dealership.

Essentially, his statement  and volitional acts caused a reasonable apprehension of bodily harm or a threat of imminenet bodily harm to me during that exchange. I was shocked because I had never in my life (even in my worst business transaction experience) seen a business representative act like a bully towards a customer who had just purchased a 10k vehicle.

Witnesses were present and drafted declarations affirming the same. He appeared to be so incited to confront me that he was stuttering and when he spoke -- I felt spit hit my face. I had to warn him to back off of me and I  believe his crony employee tried  to pull him away from my personal space.  His name is Eric Carper.

Based on this experience and the voluminious emails he sent me which I've retained -- Eric Carper is unprofessional and a total whackjob in my estimation.

I purchased a 10k vehicle from Hagerstown Ford in June 2016.  I only had it for approximately a couple days before bringing it back to the dealership.  It had not been inspected when Hagerstown Ford assured me that it passed an initial state inspection.

The headlights were defective, the horn did not work and the window did not go up and down; notwithstanding the front end shook violently when I drove it at speeds over 60mph.

As stated, when I drove it off the lot, they stated it had gone through a rigorous inspection process.  That was obviously materially false.  After taking it back, HF  kept the truck for another 3 weeks stating they were having "Dodge" analyze the problem in the front end  that they could not figure out.

Their service department called me and stated it was ready to pick up; like I said about 2 weeks later.. I picked it up and asked another person what the Dodge dealership stated or did to fix the problem with the vehicle?  They informed me that they never sent it to Dodge -- I was like then why in the "h*ll" did u keep the truck for several weeks and tell me you did.  Needless to say, that conversation ended right there. So many lies and I've journaled them all.   I test drove the truck.  It was still shaking in the front end; hence, I left it and was forced to call someone from 50 miles away to come pick me up.

Further, I received mail from other credit providers soon after I purchased that god forsaken truck;  where Eric Carper's employees had illegally run my credit after I already brought my financing "draft bank note" in hand to the dealership.

Without my consent -- HF committed identifty fraud when they had my credit run and offered for "better" financing without my consent, permission and over my objection when they asked to do it.  I can only surmize that they have some sort of kickback w/ certain institutions when they underwite the loans.

After I got 3 illegitimate inquiries on my credit, I called Eric Carper and then instead of the general manager getting to the bottom of the "real" problem -- this guy that purports as a professional car dealerhips general manager accused me of "credit" fraud in an email....

The last straw was Carper taunting me because I was a federal law clerk(he must have googled me); He dared me to file a lawsuit.  Well, I googled him and this is what I found out about their dealership.  And it appears to me that this is a degenerative corporate culture and it is alive and well.

I still have the vehicle. I had to invest much more money into it which I now regret purchasing but had no choice after the damages caused by Hagerstown Ford and its employees.  I will post the pleadings after they are filed.

Bottom line...

IT IS MY BELIEF THAT YO U SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND RUNNING THE RISK OF BEING  LIED TO, PHYSICALLY THREATENED AND ULTIMATELY VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED (which happened to me)
