Hakam-Din & Sons Paypa Hakam-Din & Sons Uilleann did not comply with time delivery - I cancell the order and they force to send me the product. I rejected it and report to policemen and to my bank. fraud Sialkot, Pakistan & Sialkot, Pakistan
From the day I ordered the practice set ullieann pipes (9th July) Hakam-Din sent me 2 weeks after a false DHL number. I complained to Paypal and Hakam-Din told me they were going to return the product (a completely lie) and refound me.
Tired I eleveted the Paypal dispute to claim and asked strongly to cancel the order and being full refounded. That was on July 31th. Hakam-Din was allways asking for one more day to refound me.
I started to search for opinions in forums and I found that opinions:

The 8th Agost finally they sent by DHL the product even when I told them I did not want it.
So I phoned DHL and order to retain the product in the Aduane. They ask Hakam-Din to pay for the return as I did not recognize the product was for me. They did not answer so 7 days after the uilleann set was destroyed.
I reported to my National Police the case and ask to Visa through my bank Ing to return the money. Today I have been refounded for VISA.
Before this Paypal closed the claim in favour to Hakam-Din because they said they had sent the product. Paypal did not colaborate at all in order to stop the fraud.
This is the truth.
