On November 2005 I went shopping for my audio system for my car. I was looking for a place to give me a sponsorship program because I will be going into show for the 2006 season. I came upon Harbor Sound. A man by the name of Moe approached me and asked me if he could help me but I told him I was just looking. He kept insisting on helping me, so I asked if their company sponsors cars and he said they did at "cost". So I became interested.

Well he showed me what he would put in and these were no name companies and the prices he were giving me were reasonable. He told me to open up a credit card with them and he would give me 1 year no interest on that card. He promised. So we kept talking and I asked to make the deal sweeter because the products he were giving me were no name and I want a name brand. He said $6,000 and we'll do a custom job, not a "Mickey Mouse" job. "Mickey Mouse"=Poor Quality. Also he promised me in a week w/ a custom fiberglass box w/ 2 12" 2 7" screens in that trunk, Head rest screens, Navi, new Alpine door speakers, Monitor visor all for $6,000, remember it's being "Sponsored". I told him I'll think about it but then another guy by the name of my came up and would not let me leave until I signed the papers to get my car worked on.

Well to make a long story short. I was forced to sign the papers, and my car was there for 3 weeks. I was disrepected by them and one person there, big muscular guy, if your there you'll know who I'm talking about, called me a "jappie" or some racial slur. Very disrepectful to my friends and told us to camp out side and wait for my car when it's 2 weeks over due. He also threaten me.

The job they promised it won't be "Mickey Moused" was crap. The fiberglass box was just a regular inclouser w/ like a face plate on it. I was told it would wrap the entire trunk. The 2 7" screens were not even added to the trunk. Poor quality job. The wires were mixed up. My visor screen was all bumpy on the side. "It's suppose to be like that." said Mike who is the "Manager" there. All in all poor company, poor business ethics (makes promises but not keeps them), very rude employees, poor quality work, I don't believe they are licensed, un professional, fake sponsorship agreements, and I can go on.

For those who are looking for quality audio shop, skip this place and do not even bother with them. They will take your money and run with it.
