I can't believe the things I am reading about this company!! I just signed up with them and have spoken with others who have used the service and informed me that this was a reputable company and that they would greatly help me out with my credit.
Now I am seeing all these negative things about them and I am very scared about the end results. I looked on the bbb website come to find out that they have over 75 complaints and most of the complaints are unresolved! They seemed so friendly on the phone, telling me that they will remove charge-offs, delete bad credit and all. I spoke to a man named erwin several times who called me and told me that we don't dispute anything we get it ERASED!
We can take off bankruptcies, charge-offs, delinquent/past due accts, medical bills and all. They told me the only things that they could not remove are student loans and child support, and the bad thing is I have already paid them $270.00. If I have to I do plan to report this and do whatever I can legally to get my money back because that is unfair and deceptive.

To whomever reads these reports Hargrave and Associates can only say that we do our best to promote honesty and integrity in a industry full of deceit and deception. Hargrave and Associates will work for you not take advantage of you. We work on all three credit bureaus.
Keep in mind our results are never guaranteed due to the fact many of these items the companies will fight us tooth and nail on because you do owe the debt. Kevin Hargrave has tried to help the community not hurt the community Hargrave and Associates has a very good reputation in the community and we will NOT!
Let these few customers deter our vision. As far as BBB complaints the number is very low compared to our number of clients. Most Credit Repair Companies would love to do the amount of business we do, so we have to be doing something right.
