    I have had constant coolant problems with my 2004 Nissan Xterra. Over the past year Harrelson Nissan of Rock Hill, SC service department has worked on it several time's.  The first time was on 4/14/10 they said I had a pinch style hose clamp leaking, replaced pinch style clamp with screw style. They said I would smell coolant for a while because it had just been worked on and needed time to burn off motor etc. I thought it was fix!
      The next time they worked on it 12/6/10. I started smelling coolant again. Service manager told me it was leaking from heater core pipes, it needed a new heater core and assembly. This cost me 984.53!!! Out of pocket!
 The next visit to service department, that was under new ownership was on 3/9/11 still smelling coolant! Once again the service manager told me it need more repairs, it was still leaking. He told me it needed new by pass hose and clamp. He told me it was cleaned around where the hose fits for a tight fit and told me it wasn't cleaned properly the last time and still had corrosion on it that's why it was still leaking.
  The next visit to service department was on 5/24/11 still smells of coolant leaking. Service manager, David Viscount, told me he couldn't find any leak's but could smell coolant. Put dye in it to be able to find leak's under a black light. Told me to drive it for 400 mile and bring it back!
  On 6/23/11 I returned back to the service department for them to tell me it had to leak's on the back of the motor with a service repair of around 1,000.00
 Don't ever by a car from Harrelson Nissan. Every time they work on my car it get's worse. This is bad business! Don't by a car there because the service department in my opinion doesn't know what they are doing. This service department has made me hate a Nissan and want ever by another one!!
