We have met with management several times to resolve this issue. We still can not get to a settlement. The only offer they have given us is to purchase the vehicle at the sticker price plus the additional fee of terminating of the lease agreement early. Which would put anybody in a bind. Our intentions where to purchase a vehicle. While trying to make a deal with the saleman we were being misled, not knowingly. As we were making the purchase, not lease, we signed a lease agreement not the actual contract to buy. When we realized that we signed a lease agreement, getting the bank statement to pay on our lease. I immediately called and tried to contact the salesman which we found out he no longer works for the company. As we have contacted the branch manager to go one step further in our resolution in this matter we are still at our wits end of resolving this matter.
