After purchasing a 2005 Chrysler from this dealership it broke down with only 1000 miles on it after contacting the dealership I was refered to a salesman who sold us the van. He lead me on a wild goosechase of trouble shooting 101 and the basicley told me I would have to get the van towed to their dealership at my own charge and that the service department was not open and was very rude. He never informed me that Chrysler was the one to call.

I was sent someone elses tag in the mail and upon returning it I was told that I owed more money on my payoff for the vehicle I traded in on and that they had tried to contact me several times via Phone. That was a lie I have caller ID and a voice mial on my cell phone and home phone.

After waiting a few minutes I was informed that the one handling my cas was not in and I left my cell phone # once again.

My wife recieves a phone call one after noon from Harry Lane saying that they are goona to repo my vehicle for the payment of 187.00 whick at this time I had already invested over a est. 7000.00 in and made all my payements on time. The Dealership said that Cory the salesman had tried to contact us several times but he never did if he did it would have showed up on caller ID or he should have left messages or began a letter writing campaign. This dealership has came off to me asa high priced bully. They have lied and messed up to many times to pride off customer satisfaction.

I wish to say something here also, my brothers fiance' bought a 2005 kia sedan and got approved , where that should be the end it was the begining!!! they took in her car on trade , but what happened was the bank that was financing her denied her , yet the dealership already sold the traded in vehicle and called her and told her she would have to pay more on the vehicle than originally said.. which by every case in point is ILLEGEAL! signed documents do not permit such a thing , but at the end they got her financed at a higher interest rate but less money so her payment was not .01$ more overall with the hassle involved and the attitude of the people , they should not have a dealership how they run their business , good luck ! god bless!
