Harry Montes Roofing aka Roofing Service Rushes you to approve the job, then Fails to Show Up OR Call Houston Texas
HARRY MONTES ROOFING CO. aka "ROOFING SERVICE"
Beware of this roofer; he uses a "sucker ad" for a $99.00 "Monthly Special" under the generic name "Roofing Service", NOT his real business name, "HARRY MONTES ROOFING".
He will quote you a lower price after the initial quote to get the job, calls to pressure you into an even lower price "good for ONE day ONLY" because:
1) He is "still in your area" (all appts. are made at HIS convenience, NOT YOURS!)
2) Claims he has some materials "left over" from a job he is "finishing up."
(Typical roofer ploys)
When you call back to authorize the work, he tells you he is "finishing up" and will be there in 20 minutes"
**SEVERAL HOURS LATER, HE NEVER SHOWS UP & NEVER CALLS TO EXPLAIN WHY, NOT EVEN THE NEXT
DAY.** Very un-professional, poor business man, will lilkely drop you like a hot potato if he gets a "bigger" job to rush to without even the courtesy of a call!
Don't waste your time, esp. if you need only a minor roofing or leak repair. VERY UNDEPENDABLE, TRIES TO
RUSH YOU/PRESSURE YOU with several low-ball price quotes if you hesitate after the first one.

He came and did the exact same thing to me. I went to police and had to file report for property damage and will file in court tomorow . He is a big theif and claims to be in Luisiana when he don't want to get him. But he is very stupid and a warrant is issued for his arrest for theft . He also operate without permit and license which you should report to state and law enforcement.
