I purchased a matteress topper based on the image and description for sale on Hautelook.com.
The product was represented as "Sealy memory foam"
What I received is not what was represented in the description or in the image for sale.
The item is sold as not returnable, yet what I received does not represent the image which was for sale on Hautelook.com.
I received a cheap urethane foam mattress topper not Sealy branded, and definitely not a memory foam mattress topper as what was advertised in the image which I based my purchase on.
I am very disappointed with what I received. It is misrepresented as memory foam, I received a 1 inch thick cheap chemical urethane mattress topper, as the paperwork which was included with the shipping material attests. It is absolutely not what I purchased based on the images represented on Hautelook.com.
This is a roll of cheap urethane foam, shrink wrapped in plastic, and is absolutely not a Sealy mattress topper, nor is it a memory foam mattress topper.
I received communication from Hautelook.com which states that they will not return the item.
