Haynes Furniture POOR CS LIARS rip-off! LIED! Virginia Beach Virginia
I recently made a purchase on 8-21-04. Well I call the following Wed to see if order was in I was told due in today call back after 5, did that Wed & THURS. I called again fri girl in pickup told me order was def in recving until it is scanned in it wont show but its def here call after 5 did that only to have them tell me it wont be unloaded til MON. I have called 4 diff times asking for mng & gen mng to call NOTHING. I even had the sales person offer me free shipping wed I told him since 3 diff salespeople said it would def be there MOn I would pick it up.
well MON came & guess what still not unloaed. So I finally went to Haynes to speak to a Mng only to be told yes the trailed is in its 5th in line & if another truck happens to come in tonight w/higher priority it would go in front of the others. So now the mang has told me my furniture isnt priority but now it wont be unloaded til FRI . They mad it a priority to take my money how about getting my furniture off the truck & stop making excuses
