HD Staffing AKA Directional Concepts Did not pay for 2 months; Run Around everytime I called; Rude staff Tustin California
Hello.
Be VERY cautious when working for this company.
The first few months I had no problem getting paid. I had to deal with a few bad attitudes here and there. But I let that pass. Starting in October 2006 I stopped receiving paychecks so I called constantly trying to get my paychecks. They ALWAYS gave me the run around claiming they did not receive my time cards; the machine was down; then lie and say they sent it out; I would call when I did not receive it and they said they never sent it and that I was lying, etc... I was beginning to get very frustrated. Not only was I not getting paid, but my kids who reported to me where NEVER getting paid. I finally quit in November and sent all of my information to the Labor Board and a lawyer. They eventually paid me after my final threat and my final notice to quit. I had enough with them and was tired of bringing home my stress to my personal life. I knew that money and working for such a horrible company was not worth my time. I eventually received my check.
It is very sad what it took to get my money. I truly wish I never started with that company. They treat their employees absolutely horrible. There is not respect in this company nor the way they run. Most of the staff running the business where early twenties. I am in my late twenties myself, but I most certainly know how to run a business including how to conduct myself in a professional manner.
After this company goes down I hope that these young adults learn how to be professional and not disrespect people. I do not wish them bad but I certainly wish that someone show them some attitude for once in their life; then they will see how it feels to be treated like dirt and beg for your money. Please Please Please listen to what I have to say. If I had saw all these reports before working there I would have not even stepped in that front door for my interview. This company is VERY bad and will someday get what they deserve soon. I promise you that.

I have worked for Directional Concepts and HD Staffing for 2 years. I have always only enjoyed everyone I work with. From the person scheduling me to my project manager I sign in with at work every weekend. I have never had an issue with not getting my paycheck for the time I have worked. I think this gal Rachel who is saying bad things about HD and DC couldn't possibly have worked for the same company. She must have worked for some other sign twirler company and is just mad that we get paid more than her and we have a paycheck every week. I have referred over 12 people who now all work for HD Staffing and we all love the company. They are AWESOME!!! They even did a referral bonus and I got over $100 for my referrals. I am sure everyone who is working for the company thinks you are the biggest liar. Go spread lies about another company. It seems you do not have anything better to do with your time. Everyone I have ever talked to who works for HD Staffing thinks it is great.
