Scott Baker Of Health Plex Of Muskogee Ripped Me Off I got scammed Ripoff Muskogee Oklahoma
Just recently Scot Baker ripped me off. Muskogee and surrounding BEWARE of the coupons you can get from the back of the phone book. I went in to recieve the two weeks for free and was told to sign a "waiver" which is suppost to make it where Health Plex is not liabiale for any injuries that may happen while working out. I was told that the waiver would be left at the front desk and if I wanted to join then I could come in after the two weeks and sign up for a membership, if I did not come in then the waiver would be destroyed. I thought that that was done seeing that this situation happened back in August.
October is about to end and I recieve a bill in the mail from ABC stating I owe for a membership at Health Plex. I then contact ABC and they told me they have a contract in my name. To my surpise I was suppost have signed a contract. I then contact Health Plex to see whats going on and am told that I did indeed sign a contract. I then knew that this "waivers" had been turned into contracts without my knowledge.
I am suppost to pay these fees every month even though I have not used there facilities since the two week trail ended.
