The program promises to provide medical financing and a financing departments among other promised departments . No such department exist .They only put you on hold and a keep transferring your call to someone else .No one seems to know anything about the financing department or the medical service coordination department.

No one who works there seems to know anything they just kept putting me hold to go find out an answer to my question .Then they finally transfer you to another department to answer your question .I waited a frustrating (after being put on hold several times)15 -20 minutes on hold for them to answer ,and then the person who finally answers doesn't know anything and they don't even know the department even exist (which is suppose to be their department!!!) I experienced this constant pattern several times not just once!

I contacted my Fleet Credit Card company with which I made the bogus purchase to complain and Fleet called Healthcare Advantage and we had a 3 way conversation,they put us on hold to go answer another question the service representative and I waited on the phone for them to return and about 2 minutes latter the phone line from Healthcare Advantage went dead. So Jim Donohan the Fleet representative got to see some of their deceptive practices for himself. When you finally trap these people at Healthcare Advantage and they run out of lies they resort to so called technical failures!

Next I called Healthcare Advantage to talk to their Medical Services Department and the whole scam started over again with the endless round of being put on hold and being sent to departments that don't even know they exist!

I eventually got my $100.00 sign up fee back through my credit card company, something which seems to be a first ever even. It seems most people give up on getting back their 100.00 sign up fee too easy. This is why I by things with a credit card because the credit card companies are obligated to give me my money back if I fail to get my goods or services which I was able to prove in this case.

If people who have been ripped by Healthcare Advantage of start filling complaints against Visa, MasterCard etc.. with the BBB or just call the credit card services like Visa etc.. enough complaining we may be able to get their credit card services cut off which would seriously impair this scam organization's ability to function.

If you complain to your credit card company about being ripped off and lie to by Healthcare Advantage try showing or printing out the report on the BBB since many credit card companies take the BBB very seriously it may help you establish your case for a complete refund with them. You can also try mentioning that I got my refund from FLEET credit cards since there is a chance they may want to compete for yourt business and match the Customer Care Sevice FLEET provides. Here's a copy of the report the BBB has on the Healthcare Advantage scums in Florida (Florida home of flexiable voting ballots) Customer Experience This company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to a pattern of complaints concerning misrepresentation in marketing practices and refund issues. Consumer complaints allege they were lead to believe this company offers a PPO Health Insurance instead of a Discount Health Program. Customer complaints allege they are experiencing delays in getting refunds for the 30-day money back guarantee. Other complaints allege difficulty in finding Health Care Providers and Pharmacies in their local area that accepts the Discount Program. The company has resolved some complaints presented by the Bureau however, the Bureau did not receive a response to other customer complaints. The company has failed to correct the underlying reason for the complaints.
