I started checking when I would receive my tax forms from Healthcare.gov in February. I was told I had no insurance for 2015 - what a crock. I paid my premiums 11 months in 2015 - after a month a so, I called again and I was told that Healthcare.gov came to the conclusion I was correct. Duh!!!. Was told they would send out my tax form. Three weeks ago I called them again and I was told it could take quite a while to receive my tax forms and when I stated the tax deadline was approaching they told me to file for an extension or contact my accountant. I am low income and I do not have a personal accountant. Just called them again - was told their system was down and that they could not see any of my information (after they had stated a few bits of my information). To me, they should have to follow the same rules as companies that send out W2s by January 31. This is ridiculous.
