Healthcare National Marketing, Inc. National Association For Medical and Dental Company hires people with criminal backgrounds. Made me signing up for Healthcare Unsafe. New Port Richey Florida
After numerous phone calls from this company I gave in to get Healthcare. I found that they use the website called valuepenguin.com which isn't very accurate (it is off from healthcare.gov, by $5-$15 per plan on average). That isn't what disturbed me. What disturbed me is the fact that they push for a Social Security Number and they say it goes through an Encrypted System but I don't believe it does. Also a friend of mine told me that there is quite a number of people that currently work there that have felony fraud, felony trafficking convictions on their record and that they are still on Probation. Is this supposed to make people feel safe about giving out their Social Security Numbers? Where do these Social Security Numbers go when all these people that work there get them.
I know that I am stand offish about giving my SSN out but since my credit is bad, no one can make it worse. But what about the people that have excellent credit?
I understand a criminal conviction shouldn't disqualify someone from employment. But depending on what someone's conviction was (fraud, grand larceny, larceny, bank fraud, wire fraud, currency fraud, doctor shopping), those are convictions that shouldn't be excuse, especially if it a job where SSN's are being given or asked for. A minimal background check is simple and cheap. If a company wants good people and not bad reviews, they would do it.
