Made an appt with this company last july 2012 for a healthscreening. The price was decent, and at the time of appt you have to pay at least half, which I did.
At the time of my appt, I was prepared to pay the balance, but was told then that they did not accept cash. So I had to get to my car in the park lot, drive couple miles away to a large box store to buy a money order, then back to the appt location, gave the cashier the money order in the amount she told me was due. Unfortunately, they do not give nor did i ask for a receipt. But I figured I had my electronic check recpt as well as the money order recept to prove payment.

After a good month waiting for my report notice via email and not getting one, I started an email campaign lasting 2 months eventually demanding my report! I finally got thru the phone number only to be told that I had a balance of $97+ dollars before I could get my report! I was furious for all the time I had been emailing I never ONCE got a reply, and when I finally talk to a person, they tell me that the money order payment that I in fact did make, have proof of and dropped off, was never recorded!! But not only am I the one calling to find this out as I never got a balance due notice or a 'hey, you owe us' phone call, they tell me I owe more money!
I sent a copy of the money order per 'Lisa' to them via email and kept a copy of that email as well.Then she springs on me that the money order amount was wrong anyway, short $7!!! I'm not going to send MORe money when they can't even record what i've already paid!

So I wait for some time of sign that they got my proof moneyorder payment. and I wait. and I'm waiting now SIX months! and after the continued campaign of emails demanding first my report, and now a refund, and now not able to even get an email to them (delivery failure mailordeamon) I want all my money back even the cost of the money order! I have yet to be able to contact them thru phone or email to get my money, and when I try ot login to My Account on the Healthfair login it says I haven't made any payments!!! and I have proofs plus I was at my appt! I just want my money back.
