HearingAid2020 Will not return your money West Greenwich Rhode Island
First, the hearing aids ARE NOT hearing aids. They are like putting huge echo chambers in your ears. I ordered 2 of these dvices for my wife. After about 2 days of trying she couldn't get them to fit in her ears without looking like an "alien". Contacted the company and they told us they had a new and improved "excellent" model and would ship them to us as soon as they received the originals back. 2 weeks after they had gotten the originals back we received the new "excellent" model...they were terrible!!! So I contacted the company and was told to return those and we would receive a full refund. 2 weeks after they were delivered by the USPS I called to see where my refund was ans was told that they haven't had time to go to the post office to retrieve them and that she would go today and get right on it. A week later I called, and she told me she still hasn't gotten to the post office!!! I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They initially reversed the charges. Today I was notified by my credit card company that HearingAid2020 aka Ampli ear has resubmitted a charge for the hearing aids! I am waiting on the paperwork from Capital One and will again dispute this charge and possibly file a criminal charge of theft by deception...or anything else a good lawyer can muster up
