I received a phone call from Heather Johnson of Babson Park, FL which is located in the Lakeland, FL area. She wanted to ship her vehicle from Florida to Indiana. I responded to her auto transport quote request from my company and explained the process in full detail. She suddenly started yelling at me and very rudely and arrogantly accused me of trying to price gouge her. I told her that I thought that her nasty and abhorrent behavior was inappropriate and immature and that she should address her anger issues with a professional counselor or anger management therapist, and that she should not attempt to engage in business with anyone if this is how she would be treating them. She replied, "wait until I fix your a** online!"
Shortly after our conversation, this extremely rude and nasty little internet troll (my personal opinion of her) posted a review about my company on Yelp. An internet troll is a person who sows discord on the internet by starting arguments or upsetting people, by posting inflammatory,messages in an online community (e.g. Yelp) with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response, often for their own amusement. She exhibited what I perceive as an “millennial entitlement attitude and social media empowerment complex”. Such an individual might also be described as a “social media terrorist”.
In my opinion based upon my own personal business dealing with this rotten customer, Heather Johnson is a millenial social media terrorist and cyberbully, with an entitlement attitude and social media empowerment complex. If she doesn't like what she hears from any business owner, she proceeds to verbally abuse them and then bashes their company's reputation online.
As such, I would strongly suggest that any company seeking a hassle-free business transaction avoid doing business with this individual.
