Heaven For Cars Motoring The business that doesnt give a dam! Slow prossessing and doesn't refund your money! Canoga Park California
I purchased a car cover for a limousine in December of 2002. January 2003 came around and still no car cover was deliverd.
They called back to get the lenghth of the vehicle (which I specified on the internet order) I gave it to them. February 2003 comes around. Still NO car cover! Since February 2003 I've been waiting for delivery, their responce was at first was that the manufacturer was backed up in orders and that my cover will soon arrive.
I waited for two more weeks and still NO cover. I contact them again and got the same answer. I then proceeded to cancel my order and requested a refund back to my credit card. Well, It's April 2003 and still NO REFUND on the purchase.
They're going through the same excuse that now the company they use to process credit cards is taking too long. The individual answering the phones tells me that this company is going through some bad times due to the economy (then shut-down your website!
You are ripping people off big time!) They promise to call you back and never do. My total ripoff amount $384.00! OUCH PLEASE PUT THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS!
