I have been buying from them for a few years now and have never ever had a problem. I think the problem with these customers is that they dont read the description correct.If you do then you will find that you might get get what you think is in a case. I have read some of the complaints and they all say the same thing. They did not get as many items as they though they should have . Well if you read some cases are only 3 or 4 per case. One comment was they only received 6 instead of 12. If you read the description the cases are differnt and not all cases are 12. That the thing about internet ordering is you NEED to read.. I just wanted to say that because it seams they are giving this company a bad name when in fact in the 4 years I have benn ordering I have never had a probelm nor have any of my freinds that also buy from them. Just my veiw.. They are a great company and the cheapest on the net or even in any store I have found.

I worked with this customer and I my self-spoke with her once. I told her payment was declined, Google has a strict payment check and if it is off by one it will be declined. She repaid but again it was declined. I think she maybe did not have the money to pay. We tried to work with her but she refused to understand her payment did not go through then kept calling asking where her stuff was???? Hello you still did not pay; the magic fairy did not come and pay your bill. I hate people like this. IF YOU DONT PAY YOU DO NOT GET A PACKAGE IN THE MAIL unless Santa sends it... I also work for HLS. She was my customer. Horrible

Payment was declined thats why the orde was not sent, We called and emailed many many many times.
