I placed a web order at the beginning of November for some supplements that were in stock, and additionally paid for the premium shipping option w/ insurance & tracking.

My credit card was billed immediately, and I received an automated email, but it did not include any tracking information or even specify the carrier to be used (CanadaPost, Purolator, etc).

I have attempted to email them 3 times to their info@ address - no responses, I have called their toll free phone number as well as the regular number 8 times, and every time it goes to voicemail - but will not allow you leave a message as the "voicemail box is full".

The one time I didn't get voicemail (they must have forgotten to press the forward to voicemail button) I was hung up on after less than 2 seconds.

I wish I would have come across this site prior to submitting my order.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID --- This "Rob King" individual is a scammer/fraudster.

For years I used to order my suppliments from heavyweights and never had a problem until one time I didn't get what I ordered. My card had been charged, but I never received anything.

 

I tried to contact the store via e-mail but never got a response. I tried to call the store but either got a busy signal or I got a message that the mailbox was full. Seems I wasn't the only person having trouble with them either.

 

I sent in a final e-mail saying that unless I got my stuff, or at the very least a response, I'd have to go to my CC company and have the charge reversed. No response for a week so I did. Strangely enough, from that point on, I started getting loads of mail from internet casinos. I guess that the owner didn't like having the charge reversed and signed me up for these things. Had he dealt with me in good faith then none of this would have happened.

 

This experience soured me on ever wanting to deal with that company in any of it's forms including the new one at a .com instead of a .net.

Placed an online order without a problem.

Received the product without a problem.

Note that it take a few (2-3) weeks to receive the product, which was expected.

The order was correct.
