It has been a NIGHTMARE since moving in. We moved in November 2011 and the first month I was already crying and thinking, 'What Have We Done?'. 

Well lets just talk about the way you get tricked into moving in. When you go to look at the apartments, they do not have you sign an application, basically, they make you fill out an agreement and basically tell you that you are not going to have to pay the first months rent but you will just have half of that to pay and that all you have to do is get through approval. This was our first apartment so this was kinda awesome hearing it. Then you get to actually see the physical apartment you will be moving into and that is very rare, so you are definitely interested in buying since you already know what everything looks like and the quality. Then you fill out the checklist of things that are wrong with the apartment and the person that is signing you states that all of that will be fixed before you move in. 

Once we moved in, it was a nightmare. first the stove and oven did not work. We called over and over again and we kept getting the same thing, someone will be out there today. then it turns into a week of me calling and its the same thing. No one ever shows up and we are in December now. I end up filing a report with the BBB and they basically state that they aren't even able to get in touch with them either. It is crazy. We aren't able to get anywhere at all b/c they arent able to get a hold of them. We finally are in February and are asking to get out of our agreement with them b/c they still have not fixed anything. Coincidently, someone shows up and fixes everything we asked in one day, just like that. 

Now, let's fast forward to October. I send in my coupon as usual and they never take the money out. My boyfriend calls them and they said that the credit card # didnt come through correctly. I call them and ask them about this and they say that we are going to get a letter in the mail in a couple of days, which is basically the end of the month stating that the credit card # was invalid. Which is untrue b/c its the same info from the previous months. So now, i have to pay these court fees. I go off and basically call them slum lords and say I am not paying the court costs and all this b/c it is their fault. now I am late on my rent and they are tacting on fees and more fees on top of fees. fast forward to today, I am all caught up and i call about things that i have been calling about since about october and they show up today to do routine filter changes and my nanny just calls me and lets me know that was at 11am this morning and they told her they would be back in an a half hr or so and it is now 4:14 and no one has shown up. 

I just called customer service and they are just like well we will put in the request again as emergency. and thats it. I am tired of this place and when I look up reviews for this place I see people complaining about them everywhere. They are slum lords and do not do anything and just get paid and get over on people. I would like for this company to be seen on the news for what they are. Hopefully you guys can help me.
