Just wanted to add that the day I called and told Brenda I was going to cash the checks she told me Mr. Henson had told her to put a stop payment on the check and if I wanted another I would have to sign a release form stating I would not sue Henson Law Firm which I did I wanted to put it behind me but since I still have much pain and much damage I guess it is not behind me. I want to comment to Leticia, you were not there this man pulled in front of the lady he was traveling south and he pulled in front of her into the north bound lane she on the other hand saw I was way back and went to pull into the north bound lane which is where she was headed it was his stupidity of pulling in front of her whats not to understand he was headed south 2 lanes and he pulled into the north bound lane in front of her why , that is the 100,000 dollar question. Robin I would like to talk to you sometime Marisia can give you my telephone number to call me. It has been a nightmare sometimes more than others, pain and not being treated fair is what it is all about. I was totally unaware of anything wish I had known sooner

and agree with your frustation with the company. (Yes, the lies were completely wrong (except maybe something happened at the dentist and that's why he couldn't be in, and we all know that can happen. :) )) I can understand about them not taking the car that was hit and then hit yours to court. The lady was found completely responsible for both accidents. Why are you blaming the person who got hit and then hit you? An anology (that recently happened to me) my son was kicking a soccer ball back and forth with his friend. Well on time his friend miss and the ball hit his stomach bounce off and struck my daughter (who is 3) full force in the face. (I watched it all.) Did I blame the kid who was doubled over in pain or did I blame my son for kicking it too hard?

I'm not surprised at all by any of this. I've found that the personal injury lawyers who are engaged in heavy advertising tend to have similar M.O.s. They are basically insurance company settlement mills. Typically, they have a crew of "screeners" who ensure that they don't even take any cases without a likelihood of settling (and recovering) for at least a certain amount. In other words, if your case isn't worth enough, involves complicated factual issues, or if your potential adversary wasn't insured, they don't want your case. If they take your case, their on-going relationships with the insurance companies makes the settlement process fairly routine. In fact, it is so routine that, when a case is first accepted, the firm's management makes a timeline of when he wants the routine steps completed. These attorneys are not interested in the practice of law. They are ONLY interested in contingent fees and large settlements from insurance companies.

Hi Bonnie, I sure hate that this happened to you as well. I hope you are able to make complaints to the appropriate agencies...that I mentioned in my complaints. Also, since you called the Kale office on Blackstock, which you are correct in saying has no affiliation with Randy Kale or his practice, they will tell you how to get in touch with me...please call me if you need any help with any of this. Randy Kale is still being investigated from my complaint, and they are also aware that he has closed his office off Valley Falls road, and that his personal home is for sale..it appears he's trying to skip town, and set up business in another state. Maybe he thinks I can't find out where he is..:>). You will probably be able to sue Franklin Henson... I hear he's been holding up in the Marriott Hotel in downtown Spartanburg, as he sold his personal residence after the Supreme Court shut him down. I am waiting to hear from the Chiropractic Licensing Board, and their findings from my complaint, before I carry on with a lawsuit against the both of them. Get in touch with me if I can help. I hope you now have a good Chiropractor...again I"m sorry for your experience. If we all keep pulling together, we'll get them both out of business, and keep them from prospering monetarily from our pain, and hopefully get some restitution for those of us that got screwed. Take care!
