Heritage Administrative Services, Inc. Refuse to send refund 411.31 check for repairs paid to Park Plaza Dodge Dublin Ohio
March 2008 I replaced the Hub Bearings costing $511.31. I was informed that Hertiage no longer would pay the dealer and that I must pay the entire $511.31 up front and I would be reimbursed $411.31 from Heritage. I was told that it would take about 8 weeks to get my check.
July, 2008 and I have not received my reimbursement. I call and am told that my check has been sent to accounting but that it must be released by Heritage. Each time I call, I am told the same story, your check has been sent to accounting for processing and that they process checks on Tuesday but they won't know if my check has been processed until Thursday so call back. I have also been told that they would esculate the situation to the Vice President, Ken Hillard to find out why my check has not been issued.
I have waited paitently for my refund but they will not send me my check in the amount of $411.31.
