YOU MUST READ THIS!!

I visited Florida for two weeks in June 2009, after returning home I discovered I had been charged for some toll violations. We were very careful and paid cash for all our tolls, fortunately I have receipts for all of them! I called to find out how I may have missed one, Pass code told me to call SunPass, they told me what time/date/ exact location. Curious I mapquest the locations and discovered they were in Miami, we never went anywhere near Miami and I can prove we were in Cocoa Beach at that time of the violations. I called them back to tell them they charged the wrong person and I want a credit. Instead, I got the run around, called a liar, and passed me to another agency. I ended up calling Hertz Corporation, and Hertz at Orlando Airport Florida, Passcode, Sunpass, and Miami Dade Express, and some Florida toll violation complaint department Sunpass told me to call. After hours on hold, excuses, passing the buck, calling me a liar, telling me not to make a big deal out of a small amount charged to me. Sunpass charged me for 3 violations total $13 and they were NOT connected to the license plate on the car I rented but I was charged, Miami Dade says I have only one violation for $1 and it IS the license plate number and they have a picture of it and asked me why I would make such a big deal out of a dollar? I told her I was charged for 3 violations for $13 and she said that is wrong but their is nothing she can do about it, but they do have a picture of that license plate and I should just leave it alone! .....I became frustrated said they have made a mistake or their is something illegal going on and they need to FIX IT. I asked if they were a private business or a state department? She said state dep. of transportation, since I couldn't convince her that they made a mistake I preceded to threaten to call and report them to the State Patrol and Fed's because its an interstate highway transportation and file a report to the Florida department of Transportation and Florida department of Tourism, and every major Broadcast Station in the NATION. Something illegal or fraudulent is going on and they need to find out what it is and fix it. Finally, after insisting, I started getting some results....Passcode started investigating and discovered from the picture of the vehicle going through the toll that it wasn't me or the car I rented and confirmed I was telling the 'truth' and began investigating.

So far, IT HAS TURNED OUT THAT HERTZ HAS SEVERAL CARS WITH THE SAME LICENSE PLATE NUMBER ON IT!

She has found violations as far back as February with the same license plate number on cars of different makes/mode/color and of course at non compatible times and locations. Last I heard from Passcode rep. on Friday, July 10, there is a huge investigation going on, Hertz fleets in Miami and Orlando are being audited by them and other agency's.

I was promised my $13 fee violation would be credited, I haven't seen the credit yet. I almost let it go, such a small amount, but when they called me a liar and it became the principal of it, I couldn't let it go. I am innocent and wrongfully charged and had to make it right. I also thought about how many tourist come home and overlook charges like this and think, 'oh oh I must have missed a toll' and let it go...... imagine how many tourist go through Orlando Florida every year and how much money they can and may have embesseled from inocent tourist!!!!! Oh yea, by the way, at the time of the last phone call she said no one has been able to find the manager of Hertz Orlando for the last two days, he's suddenly missing and no one knows where he is. (I say, maybe he is guilty for something and took off or he is just ignoring phone calls.) She said investigators were in Miami as we spoke and she was flying out to Orlando that next morning to audit their fleet.
