It’s an living nightmare that I cannot wake up from! Hertz stated I damaged an vehicle that was returned in their overnight lot! I had requested all still photos of me driving an damaged vehicle and instead I received pics of the car damaged and no still Pictures of me driving an damaged vehicle! Nothing! Nada! None! I got an call 5 hours after Hetz opened up stating I damaged the vehicle I had dropped off in Overnight Lot!! I was not in Lincoln and arrrived the next day! They stated the vehicle was parked in the back in which they have no back area for cars! So I left and saw an Black man driving the vehicle! Wouldn’t you keep damaged vehicles on your lot? I saw the damaged which I did not cause it was scrapped with the exact same paint of their brick back wall! I have pictures! Also the car was dirty and not probably inspected and they gave me an Car wash ticket( I have that pic as well) I saw the vehicle and did not sign for damages and they withdrew $429 off my credit card the next day!! I contacted their Customer Relations in order to get my money back! I provided my proof of pics of undamaged along with car wash ticket and video! Btw only contact is thru email only! They gave me $117 of "good faith " money and keep the rest!

They did not use my evidence to prove I did it and sent me an survey of stating car has no damaged! I informed them that is illegal of using my signature on file! The funny part is I have video of me getting in car and Herz employee walking away! Nothing in video was signed! I am appalled and in shock on how they are treating their Black Customers. An recent Google Review of an Black Customer with an negative review about the same manager dogging her out as well! I had sent the information to their Corporate office in which they claim the treat all customers with respect! I want all my money back based on I have proof of before and after pictures and videos showing I did not damage their vehicle! I had saw the same vehicle driving around town by 2 different employees! I hope this report reaches the right individuals and I am pursuing legal action on this modern day Rip off from Hertz!! Hertz also charged me $40 for Toll Booth Charges in which I was never on! The bill stated E-470 Denver Airport Toll Both with actual gates! I drove on public highway I-25 and never went to Denver Airport! I also filed Rip Off Report for E-470!
