Kim,
Wow. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Since I don't work for the company or anything like that I can't comment about their response or lack thereof. However, I can comment about my personal experience with HFL Solutions.
I have purchased two or three products from HFL Solutions. I have received my products in timely manner and have never had any complaints.
I hope you find resolution, but I cannot agree to suggest it is a ripoff company that doesn't honor its commitments. That just hasn't been my experience.

I am a Doctor and a satisfied customer. I have been purchasing Choleslo for two years. the product works great.
My cholesterol which was over 225 for 30 years runs now at around 156. i have never had a problem with the company in any respect. I cannot speak for the other products, however Choleslo is remarkable. It really does not matter to me if Sam Robbins is real or not or if his real name is Rumplestiltskin. Now-a-days many companies are selling out and have different management.

I am a 50-year-old woman with cholesterol issues, and I could not take statins. I tried Choles-Lo and could not be more pleased! After only six weeks, my triglycerides went from 222 to 157; HDL from 38 to 41, and LDL from 219.6 to 165.0. Further, I received my products in a timely manner, and I have also made comments online to which Dr. Robbins has responded (quickly, might I add). I am telling everyone I know about this product because IT WORKED FOR ME!!!

Dear "Customer" - who are you? What is your name? When did you purchase our products? Why not leave a lot more information about yourself (or ANY information), than to make up something about an "abrasive" reply by the owner of the company.
Hmm... looks like one of our competitors is just posting fake, negative comments.
As you see, the owner of the company - YES, ME ... Dr. Sam Robbins is replying back on a Saturday, within MINUTES of this post - Let's see how many other companies will do this, let alone by the OWNER of the company.
My bet - NONE. Because nobody cares as much as I do.
I have no need or desire to be "nice" to someone who leaves negative comments about my products, my company and then chooses to hide their name and information. YES, I take it very personally because I stand behind my products.
We have had HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of satisfied users for over a DECADE and well, ONE person decides to post something about "what"? My "attitude"?
Sorry - but you didn't purchase my friendship, you purchased a product that WORKS, backed by clinical studies... and I'd LOVE to just post the replies to you, by myself and staff to everyone reading this and let THEM be the judge of it.
What is your name, email and address?
I'm willing to show myself - how about you?

I've been very interested in herbal remedies for anxiety and depression. After some web scanning I came across HFL's product "Provanax". With some further research I found the ingredients within Provanax said by many to be highly beneficial. The only reason I wound up here is because the site has a very scammish feel/vibe to it. They try extremely hard in their videos (especially the youtube vids supposedly done by the Doc himself) to come off as normal people without any interest of personal gain, just looking to give people solid information to help better their lives. But obviously the truth is they're just representatives(or claimed Owner) of a company selling a product, good or not. The buddy buddy act doesn't fly with me, it's very unproffessional. If your product is a promising one you shouldn't have to put on an insincere show to sell it.
After reading Dr. Robbin's responses I found him to sound less and less like a Dr., and more like a scammer or a similarly ungenuine person. For starters he comes off as being extremely immature. This is coming for a non-grad 20 year, old to whom this guy should be considered an elder, though he sounds like a pissed off adolescent. Especially as a Dr., you should have much more patience, tolerance, just overall maturity. I'm wondering more and more how this guy claiming to be a Doctor(MD or not) could have ever gotten his doctorates.
The reasons for my abashing of this sanctimonious goof ball is due to his being so personal with his responses, referring to the HFL victims as being "negative" and "pestimistic". Excuse me, but should we have to remind a CEO of the proper discourse for dealing with a customer? Even before taking a hosiptality course in high school, I knew this is clearly no way to speak to ANY person, let alone someone that is buying or has bought your product/service. In some cases he even admitted that he was at fault, but still acted as some unsung hero when he did what any self-respecting business would do, such as resending a product for free that has been lost in the shipping process.
I was going to buy the 3 bottle bundle of Provanax, and continue to dish out hundreds of dollars into this guys bank account had his product been effective, but now, regardless of how effective it may be, I'll probably never give it a try because I'm not moronic enough to risk any amount of money with some company who's owner conducts himself in the manner in which Dr. Robbins does .

Dear Betty,
To answer your question, even though my support staff ALREADY replied to these questions 4 days ago at www.HFLsupport.com, here AGAIN are the answers to your questions.
1. The amount of pills per bottle is CLEARLY stated at http://www.choleslo.com/sub/ingredients.php and again at http://www.choleslo.com/sub/faqs.php ... The link to both of these URLs is CLEARLY stated at the top of the navigation at ALL our pages.
What more could we have done to make this evident for you to read? Maybe... just maybe you can READ in the future, before you post negative comments.
Are you that bored today that you need to state negativity about a company when
(A) the answers to your questions are CLEARLY stated at the site many times and
(B) we've already answered your questions via email?
2. What difference does it make what kind of a doctor I am - I'm not prescribing you medication. In fact, NO "doctor" can online - it's not legal or ethical. My company is selling a nutritional supplement - THAT'S IT!
The Statements made by me or at the site, or products sold through our web site, have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
But, to answer your question, since you are utterly bored on the 4th of July - my medical background is in endocrinology ... that's the study of HORMONES, just in case you needed additional clarification on the meaning of that word.
3. To add more to your post, NO "doctor" can EVER "diagnose or prescribe" ANY drug or medication online. I have never tried to, Nor can any "real" doctor can. So, why even make that comment?
Additionally, CholesLo is an all natural herbal product, NOT "medication". So, your statement can't even be linked to anything at our site.
Again, please get your facts straight before you waste everyone's time.
=== Summary ===
Anyone reading this, be very careful as to who makes "negative" comments about a person or company.
Also, keep something else in mind - It's the 4th of July, a HOLIDAY and within the hour of you posting I have taken the time to reply back ... WHAT company, let alone OWNER does this? Nobody!... and yet, I GUARANTEE that "Betty" will never reply back with a "thank you" and will only continue her negativity.

I was going to buy three bottles of Choleslo and at the checkout I realized they dont mention how many pills in each bottle , it is real weird, how can they do that? is that legal? "dr robbins" dont mention what kind of Dr he is, ...is he a Podiatrist? a Quiropractor? a Psychologist, a Veterinary? or maybe a Dentist? some Voodoo Santeros called themselves Doctors too.
I will advise anybody that reads this comment to consider that only real Doctors ( MDs) are the only one to really diagnost and prescribe cholesterol medications. Information like this web you can find it anywhere in the web, so watch out! Review really carefull what you read. Inform yourself before you trust anybody who called themselves Doctors. Look for the name following an MD and then investigate carefully.

I have used some of the products of HFLSolutions for a few years now. The product I use almost every day is Choleslo, a natural supplement to lower cholesterol and triglycerides. I have had amazingly excellant results lowering my cholesterol and triglycerides without changing my diet or using a prescription statin as originally recommended by my doctor. I know this products works. I have never had any problems placing orders or receiving orders over the years. So I can't imagine that the source of the problem of this complaint is the company's fault. Also, I am just a person who has no interest in defending this company other than to help make things clear for others who may be considering buying from them.

First of all if you look at dr. sam's bio he explains he cannot personally respond to emails or calls, just too many people. I had no problem getting in touch with the company or receiving the orders as I ordered them. It is a real company with a real product that works. I used the appetite control and lost 80 pounds, stopped using it and have not lost much since. I am ready for more. sorry about your experience with them. shell

Go ahead and post your information, I'd like to settle this. Upload the original information, as well as the Bank Of America "fraud" report. Since I'm a "fake" doctor and my business of 10+ years is all a big scam - please upload
(A) YOUR information
(B) the BofA fraud
I'm calling your bluff - let's see you do it.
With over 1.2 MILLION subscribers and over 200,000+ clients in the past decade, I think there is a bit of "reality" to me. What's is that my website, foundation, my clinics, the staff and myself help many, many people to become healthier and you see no value in that.
Like most things in life, a complainer does nothing but complain. We all know these type of people - they are never happy. They complain that even on a beautiful sunny day that it's "too sunny".
I feel bad for you - being negative is not a natural state for any animal and you've had to work at it. I feel even worse for the people in your life who have to deal with your negativity and pessimism.
With that said - post your information. Mine is easily seen at my website - www.HFLsolutions.com - now it's your turn.

So, I just reviewed the excerpt left by someone who supposedly claims they are "Dr. Sam Robbins" again now that I have come over the initial shock of the allegations he has made in his rebuttal to my report. Hmm... I asked for medical advice? You supposedly spoke to me in the past and told me you cannot give me medical advice? haha, if you simply read the report fully without posting a canned message, you would see that I never asked for medical advice, but simply posted in my report that "If you're selling an herbal supplement, you should be able to answer questions about medical effects the product has, rather than retreat from the public." So hmm, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see the phrase "medical advice" anywhere in there. Do you?
Also, questions about medical effects is completely different from medical advice. If you were to tell me the symptoms of taking a certain medicine, you would tell me normal symptoms or something to that effect. If you were to give me medical advice, you would tell me how it would effect my health and whether I should use it or not. So if you can't even simply respond to the former question, how could I possibly expect you to offer information on the latter?
This is not a matter of human nature or error, but simply a matter of human greed, in which someone from who knows where advertises a certain product that they never expect to ship, AKA fraud. And that, my friends, is completely at the fault of self-proclaimed Dr. Sam Robbins or whatever shack he's running his scheme out of.

So, I see the great Sam Robbins, apparently deluded into thinking he's some kind of real person, even a doctor for that matter, speaks against my claim? And what's more, he claims that the package was returned due an erroneous zip code? haha, i have the original shipping print outs from the website to prove that the correct zip code was entered. Do you really want to go there?
By the way, Bank of America Fraud Services concluded their investigation and claimed that HFL Solutions is a fraudulent, non-existent company. Need I say more?
Good luck with the legal system here in the United States of America, fraud.

If you're going to post on a website, might as well post ALL of your information - first and last name, address, email so one can address this issue correctly.
Needless to say, my company nor am I a "fake". ANY REAL DOCTOR will tell you the same thing I said to you, that I can NOT and will NOT give any medical advise to you.
1. It's not legal.
2. It's not ethical.
3. I have no idea about your history, past medical records or anything similar, to be able to even give you proper "medical advice".
.... so, when I tell you this, you get upset. YET, I have some how ignored you.
IF I ignored you and/or me and my company is a "fake", then how were you able to speak to me, for me to tell you that I can NOT legally give you an medical advice?
As you can see, your story doesn't make sense.
Additionally, after looking into this and seeing who the charge back is from on that date, the issue was simply that you put in the WRONG zip code and the package came back to us "undeliverable".
So, YOU put in the wrong address. Why blame us?
Now, these things happen. We mistype and make mistakes. It's only human. I type in my email incorrectly numerous times. BUT, don't blame other people for YOUR mistakes.
I know it's human nature these days to not take responsibility and simply blame other people and point fingers - but this was not our fault.
At the end of the day, you say you couldn't get in touch with anyone, yet you obviously did get in contact with me, the CEO of the company (good luck getting that from any other website).
YOU put in the wrong address and blamed us for not shipping you the product.
When we offered to reship for free and refund the original shipping, you were upset at us (not at yourself) and then did a charge back dispute.
Not much more we can do. Some people are just complainers and blame other people for everything in life. Good luck to you in the future - but next time, don't seek medical advice on the internet because NO REAL doctor will or can ethically or legally give you medical advice.
