HH Greg deceptive company ripoff waste of time North Canton Ohio
My husband and I decided to buy our son a stereo. We started looking at HH Greg. We met up with several young salesmen all wanting to wait on us. They were like vultures.(commision)
We finally got to talk to only one salesman, the rest were attacking other customers. While looking at the stereos we stated that we wanted to look at other stores also that this was our first stop. He told us about they have a company policy of find it somewhere else cheaper and they will double the difference. We were then asked what it would take to get us to buy, right now. He then offered to take $10. off the price of the one I liked if we took the stereo home with us right now.
Still wanting to see what else other stores have we went across the street to Target and found it $10. cheaper. We went back across the street to HH Greg and all the little salesman were to busy talking to each other and would not wait on us. At one point they looked at us and laughed.
No problem, we then went to Best Buy and bought a better stereo for even less. I now tell everyone to NOT shop at HH Greg.
