HHR Exteriors Madsky roofing Lying to customers to steal jobs Fort Collins Colorado
While conversing with a customer, chris Weaver of HHR Exteriors shows up claiming he was referred by Madsky roofing who was told by Liberty Mutual/SAFECO THAT THEY were assigned to our customers home. I had already inspected the roof and called the claim in with the customer and had a contingency signed and these people lied to our client and slandered us to steal our job out from under us. Upon digging on the internet, it appears that HHR Exteriors and Madsky Roofing are affiliated and pretending to be a referral service to steal jobs from roofing companies.
I've found several complaints involving the two of them for doing so all over the denver area.
I will be filing a complaint with the CRA and insurance commision. Someone should inform them that insurance conpanies are forbidden from assigning specific roofing comapnies to their clients. It's called collusion and tortious interference and can cost them several thousands in fines as well as having their license pulled.
