HICHINA ZHICHENG TECHNOLOGY LTD Rose Gal Online Retail Story that never ships goods. Bejinig China

This company is on line advertising via FACEBOOK, however they never ship orders!  They take your money and never follow through on orders. The site looks professional, has the terms and agreements etc. and even has a complaint/service area but according to everything I've read since being riped off they are a scam!!!
