Higher Learning Commission - North Central Non Responsive to Certified Letter Complaint Chicago, Illinois
A letter was sent in January 2013 and no phone call or e-mail response to date as of February 15, 2013.
I provided proof that Capella University was not returning student financial aid funds. Several documents were supplied: total tuition cost, requested amounts and lender balances to date for each loan period by disbursements.
I also provided proof of inaccurate student record keeping. I asked, why isn't a college held accountable and how do they keep their accreditation under these circumstances? Non-responsive to academic complaint.
