The saddle I complained about on numerous websites and also on this one has not been damaged, I have pics to prove it, you can't even tell it was ever on a horse. The problem is in the design and manufacture. I did not build the saddle on a cutter tree, I did not put 3 lousy stitches in the crupper handles, I did not tan the saddle in bull urine, I did not attach the horn to the top of the swells where it does not belong. All of these items were completed at the manufacturer, no after market parts here. I am not the only one complaining about the danger of using this saddle for trickriding. There is an entire network of trickriders across the US and other countries that have been warned and subsequently will NEVER purchase one of these saddles due to the poor design, not material, of this saddle. It is dangerous and will cause serious bodily injury or death if used for what it is being advertised. I won't stop warning people of a dangerous product, you know who all of us are, every one of us is suing you. You didn't just respond to one person, you responded to all of us, still no refunds on saddles returned undamaged, so you're not behaving any differently than you have in the past. Poorly designed product, absolutely atrocious customer service, non-existent follow-up, took you months to even figure out you were on here.

Whoever you are please do stop this negative and baseless campaign. Do not misinform as there are people that are smart enough to realize the facts. We have satisfied customers not in thousands but hundreds of thousands. Jim Murray exists and this is Jim Murray. You cannot return a damaged product and blame it on the manufacturer. When you get leather, know what leather is and not expect plastic with no small. Come to our plant and see for your self the quality of leather and its processing. Our return policy is a policy and will not be twisted to accomodate your baseless complaints. Jim Hilason http://www.hilason.com
