I purchased a new tribute from Hiley Mazda in June 2005

I had been leasing my vehicles with Hiley Mazda for many years. This time when I traded my vehicle in the man in Finance department process everything completely different. I didn't understand why I was required by Mazda to purchased all the additional coverage and warranties, such as super polyshield exterior & Interior Environmental vehicle Protection, Auto Master Plan, Protection Plus Warranty Registration, and the Gap Insurance Policy which was told to me by Rezwan Ahmed, while closing and signing in the Finance department. I was also told that after I had signed the contract that I did not have three days to come back and change my mind. on this purchase. I did not understand why my payments were so much higher than in the past. I question Rezwan as to why the payment were so much higher than in the past, his said it was a newer vehicle I also ask the sales manager and he said it was a purchase and not a lease ...continue....

CONTINUE ....My main complaint is that I was made to purchase all of these extra coverages and warranties and they are all of no use to me ..Razwan lied to me about the coverage and told me it was required by Mazda that I purchase them. On each warranty he explain to me how everything was completely covered like the leather warranty, which turned out to be not true, as well as the tire protection plan. Rwzwan told me that under the plan I purchased the tires was covered no matter what happen to them. However now that it is time for tires to be replaced the services department told me thats not how the coverage works. I also heard one of the services employee say "that they were tired of them telling people anything just to make a sell and someone should complain" . I am no longer happy with the service I have received with Hiley Mazda and the lies that was told to make the purchase..a purchase that was supposed to have been a lease. After speaking with the owener Randy Hiley he only passed me on the the store manager who said the only thing he could do was to try and refund what was lefted on my tire warranty because everything else was norefundable. Had I know the company had changed managment and staff I would had not done thatbusiness with them, because they can not be trusted. I Heard one of the staff in the services department make a statement that "I wish they would stop saying just anything to make a sale, because we are the ones who have caught it when they come in for services. So I am sure Im not the only one this has happen to. Because the extra coverages and warranties are no good I have to pay for all services should have be covered.
