 First let me just say that this is the second incident with this company where I have been left feeling less than satisfied, awhile back I took a vehicle in for a front end alignment and left their shop satisfied until two weeks later I noticed that the left front tire was wearing very badly and when I checked it out I found that the bolts holding the upper control arm in place were left loose which if I had not caught it in time could very early caused a terrible accident. Now, keeping in mind that the I had taken it for a alignment in the first place was because I replaced the lower ball joint's in the front end and it had to have the alignment done.

So when I took it back to them because of the loose bolts they came into the waiting area and told me that my lower ball joint's or shot and they couldn't align the front end to which I replied show me the problem . So the service manager took me out to where the truck was on the lift and the mechanic attempted to show me how the ball joints were bad and that is when I stopped him and told him to take a look underneath with me and I pointed to the lower ball joint's and told him I had just replaced them and I didn't appreciate them trying to rip me off he said , oh my mistake I'll align the front and no charge.

More recently I decided to give them one more try I needed new rims put on my truck that I had purchased I took it into them and they told me it was going to cost $25 per wheel to install them I reluctantly agreed and had them do the job. when I got the truck back I noticed that one of the wheels have a defect so I contacted the company and they sent me a new one I then took it in the truck back to hill tire company and I asked them to install the new rim in place of the defective one but when it came time to pay for it they charged me almost $35 to mount one rim .

So I paid them what they wanted and went home with the truck and it wasn't for a couple of days later that my wife and I made a trip into town on the interstate that's when we noticed the truck vibrated horribly so a few days later I had Time to take it in to have them check the balance on the tires and every one of the tires on the truck or so for out of balance it was like a second grader could've done better even the mechanics that were worked on it with me thought that whoever the mechanic was that mounted them originally had no idea what he was doing so after three hours of another wasted day I was finally repaired balanced and on my way but not without having a chat with the shop manager in which I told him how very unsatisfied I was with their quality of work and how much time it had wasted for me when I have so many other things to do is reply to me was very simply if you don't like the way we do things take your work elsewhere to that I asked where is Mr. Hill and he replied I am Mr. Hill I asked him is this really the way you do you want to treat your customers and he said this is exactly the way I treat my customers I was so frustrated and upset I did the best thing I could possibly do and walked out .
