his/her room Wouldn't accept return on unused, unopened merchandise Dallas Internet
After I ordered bras from internet site "Her Room", I found the items locally and purchased them. I opened the package from "Her Room" just to obtain the return form. I filled it out and sent it back, all bras in original packaging and tags attached, literally untouched. I returned the items but they were returned to me stating they "didn't meet their return requirements". Upon calling for clarification I was told that the bras were "dirty". I questiond the representative further and was told that the bras were returned in the same bag turned inside out, which they were after I wiped the bag off and inserted the bras STILL IN ORIGINAL PACKING. The bras returned were not dirty.
