Yes, they just did the same to me, i even paid extra 20 dls for express shipping and 10 dls for send money through western union, the total came to 175dls. The emails:

Please send to us the proof documentation were the custom is requesting to pay the 50% tax of the import license. We are seriuos business people and we wanted to trust on you, hopefuly this transaction is nothing but a scam...
