Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I recieved a text message stating "You have earned a trip on our ship! 754_212_0274" .. i called the number and spoke with a lady, once i asked her how i won the trip she right away transferred me to Mark Ferrara-KB019343, i asked him about how i won, he told me that i or someone i know filled out a form, i told him neithrer i nor no one i know has ever done that, then he said the information came from a credit card company or bank. I asked how they got my cell number, he eluded that question and started rambling on. Telling me about a free cruise from Port Palm Beach to the Grand Bahamas. Then about having to pay Port Surcharges of $59 per person and i had to pay a minimum of $118.00. That i had 18 months to decide on a departure date.

He then went on a long speech about a cruise, casino, water slide, pool, meals, snacks, how i'd have to pay gratuities and taxes etc. I stated to him that i do not give my credit card info over the phone, i was then transferred to Steve a so called Cruise Line Coordinator Exeutive. I told Steve i will not give my info over the phone and if this were a legit company then there would be no reason why they can not send me package information on this deal. i was given a run around. Then was told that i'd need a Passport to enter the Grand Bahama's or just to bring a Birth Certificate and Drivers License. I told him i've never heard of anyone going out of US waters with just their Birth Certificate and License.

He said you can enter the Bahama's but not exit the ship. LOL.and he finally told me this was a 2 day Criuse, i told him that that is not a cruise... What a crock.. He kept insisting i give him my Credit Card Info to pay this Port Surcharge. I asked him why would i or anyone else pay this charge when they haven't even booked a cruise yet? He had no answer. I informed him i have a friend who works for The Department of Fradulent Affairs/Internet Fraud Division and that i would have him investigate this further. He got irritated with me, Yelled something and then told me i was just wasting his time, he then hung up on me. RIP OFF....
