Hollywood Casting, gohollywoodcasting.com, SEG Studio is a fraud, we paid $600 so my daughter can get into auditions for commercials, tv shows, photos in magazines, etc. they took my daughter in a limosine for video and also had a photo section. They were suppose to send us copy of all these, we never got it. We called 100 times and is there is answer machine never a life person. I suspect that Hollywood casting is part of SEG STUDIO SCAM North Hollywood California
One day I was at the mall with my daughter, and one lady approched us saying that my daughter has beautiful eyes and if she was interested in doing commercials or be in TV shows. We were interested and we made an appointment with her. We went to this place called SEG studio in Hollywood (1680 N Vine Stree, Hollywood, CA).
When we get there, there was a lot of kids, all ages with their parents. They sent us to an office and asked my daughter some questions, they told us that they are scouting and they can get my daughter into tv commercials, tv shows, etc. We paid $600 fee and a monthly fee to maintain the web site. They said that my daughter will have a calendar in the web site that she can check every week if they have jobs and she can audition for.
After we paid, we had to come back another day to do the photo shooting with three different types of clothings and also they took my daughter in a limousine with a bunch of kids for video shooting and see how she looks and acts in TV.
After this I never heard back from them. I called at least 100 times, nobody answers the phone is just a recording. Turned out to be a big Scam.
Now after two years Hollywood Casting, www.gohollywoodcasting.com contacted us and I suspect that they are they same people. Go to their website and see the pictures of the models, the videos are made by Seg studio, how do they explain that? I want someone to investigate this company and if they are legitime, I don't want more people to go thru what we went thru.

We signed up both our children with Hollywood casting as Francois stated he has an upcoming Macy's add shoot for which he needed talent. We paid he fee, had a photo shoot and never heard back from him again. I won't state how much I paid - as I am completely embarrassed I fell for this scam. Granted the one shoot had it come to fruition would have easily paid the initial fee plus would have started a college fund. Francois has a good story - don't fall for it. He and Hollywood Casting are a total fraud.
The secondary casting agency he sends you to actually does have jobs - but contact them directly. You don't need Francois in the middle. They told us they know he is a fraud. Francois will make you feel like he is an honest man. Again, don't fall for it. It's been over a year - no return response. Yet, he is on Facebook - just had a birthday - so we know he is still out there. There is nothing I can do about the $$$ I lost, but I can save you some $$$ - don't fall for it.
