Holmes motors Stole my debit card info D'Iberville Mississippi
On October 13th we went to Holmes Motors in D'Iberville MS to get my fiance a new car. We test drove a 06 impala but it was a POS and we told him no and that we wasn't interested. Then he says hold on and walks over to a really nice buick lucerne 08 model and cranks it with the remote start and told me he could do the same down payment. We test drove the car and fell in love with it. We noticed a chip in the windshield and he told us to take it to the glass place and they would take care of it, so we did. While we were waiting on them to finish a guy from holmes motors walks in and drops off another car and the guy asked him to sign off on our car and he did.
When we return to the car lot to finish paperwork my cousin stated he was hungry and the salesman (Rob Ritter) asked if I've ever eaten at a place called Newks and I said no, he told us we just had to try this place, I said ok and when we left the car lot we went to moss point to McDonald's because we were in a hurry to get back home which was an hour away from moss point. A week went by and I was checking my bank account and it was over 300 dollars in the negatives!! I called my bank and there were 5 charges from Newks restaurant in D'Iberville and I immediately knew something was connected. I work offshore so it was almost a week left before I got on land and the day I hit land I went straight to D'Iberville to the police department and filled out a police report and then we went to the restaurant and watched the surveillance tapes and we saw 2 different guys from the car lot come to pick up the food that they had ordered over the phone and one guy was the one that I had seen at the glass place that was dropping off the car. I had called and tried to tell the management that someone working for them was doing this and she called me a liar and told me that I needed to take it up with my bank. I want them basturds to pay big time for what they do.
I have read so many horrible stories on this site and I believe I would be in jail or prison right now if I was some of these people. I am currently looking for a lawyer for my case and the cops are going to get these rotten no life POS and they will be charged with 7 counts of theft. 5 from what they did and 2 for the overdraft charges.. I know now by the way the woman acted on the phone she knew what was going on and she's in on it to. Oh well I won't rest until they all go down. (The legal way of corse)
