On October 2020, I had my windows replaced on my property. Right after installation, on first rain, I had water running through the seal/caulk frame of one of the windows.

After serveral calls and 6 months waiting, they came and applied caulk outside, and alleged that my sidding is damaged. I told them that if sidding was a problem I should have sheetrock damaged, which is no. They want to leave me with this problem. I have waiting for a year for action. I feel frustration due to the bad customer service, liars, etc.

At this point I don't know what to do. My house may get deteriorated by this bad installation. The worst is that Home Depot's employees act on defensive mode with false allegations. Dishonesty is their standard. Since installtion is under guaranty , I don't want  to hire a handiman to fix it, also I don't know if it is a factory problem. For those who are planning hire Home Depot, stay away, because if something goes wrong, you are on your own. And nobody will respond after thay have your money in their bank.
