I feel for your situation. I worked at Kodak; friends of mine were laid off months before their retirement bonuses would kick in. I know of people that jumped into the river; the same river Kodak dumps it's chemicals into, after being laid off. Many companies do this. Kodak found a reason to push me into leaving; I was starting to make a decent salary. My advice to you would be: Hire a lawyer. Home Depot is also under investigation for their hiring practices. They discriminate upon hiring people. If you do not complete their computer "test" application in a certain amout of time-they toss your application!! Any misdemeanor charge, no matter how small--->don't even bother wasting your time. You won't get the job. Home Depot needs to be sued for they way they do buisness.
