Dr Torrence & I are utterly humiliated and HWA is to blame. Our house guests are miserable.
One of our a/c units stopped working and we filed a claim on the 3rd of May. 5/3/2018 ok? We have been BAKING in 90+ degree days nearly every day here on the Gulf Coast of Alabama every day since then.
Our replacement unit was shipped weeks ago... according to Luis (a HWA supervisor) in Buffalo Grove, IL... but what do we expect him to do? “Pull a Tracking number to locate the condenser out of thin air?”
Our contractor never received the part and we are outraged. The police & Illinois Attorney General will be hearing from us. 7 years as Deluxe Customers with HWA and this is how we are treated. d**n shame
