Homecomings Financial We're were ready to comply with them again, but got screwed in the end of the deal. San Diego California & Dallas Texas
Okay I'm 17 years old and a senior in highschool now. My parents filed for bankrupt when I was just starting my 9th grade year, which we were in for about 2 years until we got kicked out for something that wasn't our fault. Our so called trustee over our case (and others as well) had been embellezing money and stealing from lots of people all over the state of Arkansas.
So then, after being kicked out without knowing a reason why, my dad called and tried to talk with Homecoming and we talked to some lady named Tyra, and yes, they asked him to fill out paperwork. Regarding as to his income and expenses and what happed to why we were having problems making payments. Our forecloser date was June 19th of this month. So we had to hurry. He told them about his stroke in 01' and after that he was forced to retire which is why we had so many financial problems. He's not getting disability for it even though he's applied numorus times. The only income that comes into our home now is my dad's social secerty and retirement from the air force.
We pay our bills, they know it, we were ready to pay Homecoming and cooperate. We sent in everything they asked us to. A week passed or two passed by we heard nothing; expect we recieved a letter from some realtor woman saying A forecloser sale on the above-referenced property has taken place and the new owner may be entitled to immediate restitution and possession.
Now, there was no sale date telling us when the house will be sold, so we're still confused. I've took the initiave of calling a lot of people from law offices around the city to help which have been very helpful. I even got in touch with the Attorney General Dustin McDaniel's offices where a lady was fourtunate enough to let me know that the letter may be a phony and the letter is not real unless we recieved in the mail with a notice that told us a date when we had to be out. Or if a Sherriff delievers it to us.
So with the information I've been told and from other stories that I've been reading on this site (that have been very helpful) I've been led to believe that Homecoming is a fruad like no other and that their just trying to make us as well as other give up there homes without going through the laws and court orders. So if anyone else has any information I would greatly appreciate it.
