I am dealing with Black Mold, and I have also filed a report against Farmers Insurance Group as well,that has placed me outside my home for more than six months.When this all started I called Homeside to let them know what was taking place and to get the draft started, they sent me a packet to get filled out by all parties contracted on my home and myself as well. I sent this in with my checks along with a 2 day return envelope to expedite my service, since my contractor was ready to get started. They recv'd my packet on Feb 27 and here it is March 27 and I still have no check everytime I call they tell me they did not get something and that it has already been taken care of and the check is on its way. I called every week to see what the hold up is and they made up excuses that they needed something else which they sent me the packet of what was needed in order to get the check in time,and every piece of paper they sent was filled out and sent back, but they did not get something oh we got it never mind we will send out the check. I called with the contractors on the line to make sure everything was sent and taken care of properly and it was the supervisor told me we will go out on a limb and send it only with the intent of getting all the information needed from you in a couple of days, mind you we sent everything they asked for as if she was doing us a favor. When I told her that it should have been sent the week after they recv'd it she kept using excuses and saying well it is now on its way I told her that I know that they get intrest off my money and that is probably why they did not send it for a whole month, she did not say anything,but tried to rush me off the phn I also asked her to send it overnite since I was told by several customer service reps that it was on its way and in fact it was not and they never tried to contact me about any missing paperwork I had to call in each week just to find out that there was a hold up. She told me we will not send it overnite we will put in regular mail, I then told her again that I had paid and sent a 2 day return envelope with the packet and if she could not overnite it to send it 2 day she said well I do not see anything in her showing that you sent a 2 day envelope with your packet but I will take your word and look it up when it is processed to be sent out. She was really nasty and did not care anything about what I had to say.
