I have an old crate furniture sofa and loveseat. The cushions were falling apart so I decided to have replacements made. I entered google search and came across the company Homespun Home Fashions.

This is were it starts I called and placed the order. The funds were taken immediately out of the account that day, the total was 500.00. Four months later my replacement cushions arrive, Which far exceeded the 8 weeks they were to orginally arrive.

They were poorly made and were 3inches shorter which looks tacky on the furniture with large spaces between the cushions. When I called to get this straighten out , they told me to send it back at my cost then they will decide to change it. I asked for a RMA and they say they do not do it. I checked on the price and it was 64.00 ups to send. Grand Total now is 500.00 for these poorly made cushions. I decided not to invest more money into it. it is now 3 weeks since I have the cushions and they are unraveling at the seams. They still do not want to make good on the purchase at all. Buyer Beware.

Homespun Home Fashions is a manufacturer of custom-made replacement cushions for many brands of crate-style furniture including Cargo, This End Up, All Aboard, etc.. This particular customer chose none of the above specified cushions but a generic 24" cushion set, which is normally ordered if a customer is not quite sure of the furniture manufacturer. We shipped the order on 05/13/04, spoke with the customer on 05/18/04 and was made aware that the back cushions fit fine but the seat cushions did not. We asked that they be put back into the box and upon hearing from him we would issue a call tag and have them picked up, repaired or replaced and shipped back. The customer was to call back on 05/21/04 to verify, we have no record of a return call in order to start the return procedure. We later received a call on 08/10/04, with a complaint of the cushions being too large and some seam damage. We asked the customer to send them back to us and we would repair or replace the covers at no additional charge. The foam core size was now an issue in that the cushions had been used for 3 months and the replacement of the core is a costly one as we cannot reuse this item. We, again, have no record of a return call in order to start the return procedure. All of the above was accomplished under the policies set forth on our website. Our intent is to provide our customers with a quality product that will enhance their life and lifestyle and we strive to do everything within reason to meet this goal.
