Diedra from Semmes is about as clueless as they come. Honda by the Bay is ran by a bunch of crooks & have since sold the bus & now operate under a dufferent name. I just can't believe a 17 year old has access to a computer & types comments on something they know nothing about!

dude randy if you havent figured it out yet, all car salesmen will tell you what you want to hear over the phone just to get you in. it is called bate. then they try to hook you into buying something they claim they have but dont by telling you the reason it comes up in inventory is because it is on the way. of course, it doesnt even exist yet, they dont think you need to know yet. then they try to locate you one which takes a while. so the "shipping" of the "car on its way" starts to take "longer than expected". then the shipping starts to "cost more than expected". then all of the sudden you are talked into buying a car that they didnt even have for thousands of dollars more than expected. so it is all a rip off game. if you just figured it all out, where have you been. i am seventeen years old and i know that. not because i am some spoiled rich kid driving a brand new car, i dont even have a car. i just have common sense.

This is the problem with car dealerships anymore, they treat customers like crap. They think that customers are a never-ending commodity, but what they don't realize is that eventually they will piss-off enough people that there will be no more customers for them. Does anyone on here know what happens when there are no more customers to buy your product? You guessed it, unemployed! But, as it has been pointed out in SO many other posts on here, car dealerships don't care about having a 'client for life' all they want is the 'one-time customer.' Also, some of these people should take some internet etiquette classes. All capital letters is the same at yelling at someone, and a car salesman yelling at me PISSES ME OFF!

Larry! Such an unusual response! The only take a reader may make from your pithy reply is twofold: [1]You sell a sufficient amount of cars that no new customers are needed or particularly welcome; [2]Why is the "paper work" on previous deals taking so long? Are the 'closers' taking all day in their little cubicals 'arm twisting' to extract every last dime from the buyers? Seems like your sales person was allegedly told the customer would be there in a hour and accepted this time frame. This is totally believeable, as most car dealers pay dearly (advertise) for floor traffic, and would do anything to encourage any one to "come on over"....(adding, perhaps: "bring your wife and we'll dicker"?) Your ascerbic personality is evident in the tone of your letter. A strange quality for anyone truly successful in dealing with the public, eh?

WE RECALL THE DEALING WITH RANDY VERY WELL. HIS EXPECTATION OF HAVING US DROP EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER THAT WAS AT OUR STORE AT THE TIME IS UNREASONABLE. WE STARTED HIS PAPERWORK AS SOON AS THE CURRENT WORKING DEALS WERE FINALIZED. WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN HIS PAPERWORH DONE QUICKER IF WE NEGLECTED OUR CUSTOMERS AT OUR STORE AT THE TIME RANDY PROBABLY ASSUMED THE TERM WAS 60 MOTNHS, BUT, HE WAS TOLD 66. NO ONE LIED TO HIM AND WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK PENSACOLA HONDA FOR TAKING HIM BACK.
