Hooktstore.com ripoff dont shop there
Okay,
Shopping online probably doesn't have the greatest track record and each one of us that shops online knows that going in. Unfortunately, so do the vendors. Maybe they think the fact that online shopping is faceless gives them the right to treat unacceptably.
But I say let's show them what we're made of. For example this www.hooktstore.com, I go there and place an order and received an order confirmation email within a days time, so I 'm thinking "good job kids!", "maybe this place will work out" but then nothing.
No status update, no tracking number, no reply to email, nothing. I called the telephone number they had listed with their contact information, long distance mind you, and of course all the voice-mailboxes were full and the extensions lead to no one. So, now what do I do? Write as many rip off reports as possible and send them an automated email every five minutes.
