I wasted a lot of money on this scheme. The company was to mail out 4000 brochures for me. Not one response. I ordered 10,000 hits to my website, not one response. I mailed out brochures as told, not one response.

Originally, I gave them a credit card number. Later I asked them to change it to my check card. I called them three times to change it and they still deduct it from my credit card. I plan to stop my bank from honoring the charge from them.

Another interesting point. I recently received a brochure in the mail from another company. The brochure was a duplicate of one sent out by Horizon Technologies. The company is called Cyber Auto Track and is based in California. Also the telephone number is different.

Personally, from previous experience, I no longer look at any thing that comes from Arizona. These people offer many different opportunities...all of them questionable.

If any distributor has a problem with billing, it can be corrected by calling customer service at (866) 586-1770.

Also, did you request a copy of the list of companies that you mailed post cards to? Horizon makes those lists available to you upon request. They are not sent unless requested. Have you followed up on any of the companies advertised to? Advertising is designed to let people know about your business, to educate them. No advertising company can make any guarantee of return, because no advertising company can make anyone who receives an advertisement pick up the phone, go to a web-site or write a letter. You, however, can follow-up with all of them.

Call your Customer Service Representative and get a list to begin follow-up and work on building your business.
