It's hard to be mean because the staff and the dentists are so nice, but dang, they are incompetent!
Within months of having a cavity filled, I was flossing and the entire filling came out. Really? A new dentist told me that the tooth wasn't cleaned properly by the dentist and the filling further ruined the tooth.
My husband went to the same dentist and his crown fell off within months. They of course still charged us and refused to refund the work.
We filed a grievance and the dentist would only refund my husband's crown for 300, while we paid close to 2000 to have it done origionally and then another couple grand to have it redone by a competent dentist.
The experience could have gone so much better. It is very unfortuante.
