I placed an order with Horseloverz.com. Only when order shipped, I was notified two items would not  be included. They were no longer in stock at time of shipping.

I was told I would be refunded my money. They did not refund the full amount. So I asked why. Customer service said that it was because a coupon was used.

Coupon was for $5.00 no minimum order. I asked why the coupon was not applied to the items I actually received. They said That is not how it works. So they did not refund $3.44 on two items I did not receive . 

What kind of business practice is that? This is not the first time that I purchased something from them only to find out they actually did not have it.   Who thinks it is right to apply a coupon to goods  never received?  So customer service was lousy and hung up on me.  Because I told them it was wrong that they sell things they do not have. One mistake maybe. But they have done it more than once. Never buying from them again.
